The best way to do this is via email as I am unable to take phone calls when I am in a session. Email me by clicking at the button on the right hand side. I will get back to you within 24 hours so that we can set up an initial meeting. Alternatively leave me a voice message with your email address and I will get back to you to arrange a meeting.
The initial meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, to talk about what brings you to counselling and what you want to achieve. There will be space for you to ask any questions you might have about counselling or any concern.
In a safe non-judgemental space, through regular weekly meetings I will help you explore your present situation and how it may relate to events from the past. This can be helpful in identifying underlying emotional patterns and issues that influence your current difficulties. Understanding these patterns gives you more choice and it can open up new ways of being in your life. I will carefully listen to you and reflect back what I hear, see and feel so that you can eventually learn to reflect on your own. We can explore together who you are, where you come from, where you are at the moment and who you may become.
